Online Classes on Zoom

Megan and Leilah host weekly hour yoga and meditation class together every Thursday afternoon at 5:30 pm CST. They occasionally invite unique guests to share their knowledge and light on yoga, meditation and mindfulness. The first 30 minutes are aimed to slow the mind, body and spirit to bring our awareness inward. The last 30 minutes include slow, restorative and mindful movements. This sequence aims to allow individuals to really get in tune with what feels good in their body and to find an emotional release in the outward expression of the body. Megan introduces special guest, Kalena Preus to host an-hour yoga and breathing technique class together. The first 30 minutes are slow, restorative and mindful movements/vinyasa sequence. The last 20 minutes, Kalena facilitates Wim Hof breathing method that boosts the respiratory and immune system.

Megan & Leilah host a 30 minute Mindful Flow class focusing on slow movements that will allow the individual to get familiar with each chakra and how they affect our lives. The sequence is geared towards opening ALL of our chakras from root to crown in order to fully release what needs to in the outward expression of the body. The last 20 minutes will be a visualization meditation with that will allow everything to sync in. 

Megan & Leilah introduce special guest, Shanti to host an-hour yoga and sound bath healing experience together. The first 30 minutes are slow, restorative and mindful movements. The last 20 minutes, Shanti will facilitate sound bath healing session while Megan leads us through a Mindfulness Meditation.

Megan & Leilah introduce special guest: Teresa Martinez, a Healer, Intuitive Coach and Shamanic Practitioner to host an-hour stress relief workshop that will include: Yoga poses that will release stress, tapping therapy and meditation. Tapping therapy method by Teresa is an intensely powerful tool that can help you quickly get over your biggest fears and help achieve all of your goals.

Megan & Leilah introduce special guest, Linda to host an-hour yoga and meditation class together. The first 30 minutes are slow, restorative and mindful movements/vinyasa sequence. The last 20 minutes, Linda facilitates her own #HomeBodyClub Meditation.

The first 20 minutes includes a relaxing grounding meditation, finding the senses and cultivating mindfulness. The last 20 minutes, Alec facilitates a mindful flow that allows us to find our inner balance and share that with the world.

Leilah introduces special guest, Dayann Pazmino to host an-hour ancestral healing workshop. In the first 20 minutes, Dayann will lead a meditation to reach what ancestral traumas or connections we are honing in on. The last 30 minutes, Leilah facilitates a yoga flow to connect with our ancestors and to release any negative emotional wounds.
